David & Nadia Swartland – Family Winery & Terroir-Driven Wines

David & Nadia is a family-owned winery based in Swartland, one of South Africa’s most dynamic wine regions. The area is defined by its dry climate, old bush vines, and diverse soils, which produce authentic, terroir-driven wines.

The winery was founded by David Sadie and Nadia Sadie with the aim of expressing the uniqueness of Swartland through varieties such as Chenin Blanc and Grenache. Old, dry-farmed vineyards play a key role, delivering low yields and high concentration.

The estate’s story began in 2010, working with selected parcels of old vines. Today, David & Nadia are among the most respected producers in the region and are part of the Swartland Independent Producers movement.
